How I handle your data
You're trusting me with how your business actually runs. Here's exactly what I do with that.
What I collect
-
Your intake form answers.
-
Notes and a recording of our calls, only with your permission, asked at the start of each call.
-
The examples you choose to share so I can build your improvement: a few emails, a past proposal, a template.
Send examples, not everything. Remove client names, pricing and anything personal first. If something needs to stay in, tell me and we'll handle it together.
What I don't want
-
Passwords by email or text. Add me as a user, or use a password manager's secure share.
-
Customer payment details, Social Security numbers, health records, or anything regulated.
Where your work lives
Your improvement is built in your accounts, on your tools. You own what's built for you, and it keeps working after we're done. My methods and templates stay mine.
My notes and your shared files live in EdgyMuse's Google Workspace, in a folder only I can open.
AI tools
Calls run on Google Meet. Notes are taken with Granola. Analysis is done in Claude. I only put client material into AI tools set not to use it for training. Before I build in your account, we'll check your plan's data settings together.
Who sees it
Me. No one else, unless you approve it in writing first.
Access
I use my own login added to your account, never your password. When we're done, you remove my access and I confirm it in writing.
How long I keep it
-
Call recordings and shared files: deleted within 30 days of our review call, unless we keep working together.
-
Your short plan: kept as a record of what I delivered.
-
What I learn: general lessons may shape my methods, stripped of your name, numbers and anything that identifies you.
Testimonials and case studies
Never without your written permission.
